2. Return Conditions & Hygiene Exceptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Due to the specific nature of our products (bioceramic mats, thermal belts, eye masks, pillows, and massagers), which involve direct contact with the body, skin, or mucous membranes, strictly hygienic standards apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and gifts included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong> Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to sealed goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have opened the package, tried on the product (e.g., worn the mask, used the pillow, or applied the belt to your body), the return will be declined.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The following items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Sleep & Eye Masks (e.g., ZORKO):<\/strong> Due to contact with the eyes and face.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pillows:<\/strong> Due to hygiene standards for bedding items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Thermal Belts, Joint Pads, Bracelets, MasterPlus, DoctorPlus:<\/strong> Due to direct contact with skin and sweat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. How to Initiate a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To request a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
